1Will I be under a monthly Contract?
Definitely not! Feel free to try us month by month with no contract. If your happy, we do offer prepay options to save time, but it is only an option, never required.
2Do I have someone I can call or email with questions?
You will be assigned a personal account manager, who is an expert in their field. They can be reached by phone or email anytime!
3Do I have a say in my Social media posts?
100%, and it is always encouraged! Though we do make unique posts every time, you can always ask for it to be in a certain fashion or direction.
4Can I cancel? Can I get a refund?
We know you will be happy with Your Online service, but if for any reason you need to cancel then you will be able to do so. The setup costs is only refundable within 48 hours, and monthly payments need to be cancelled 5 business days in advance.
5Will I be kept in the loop?
Your account manager will contact you every month, regardless of what is happening. This will be to inform you on your ranking, and any other services.
6Do you make websites too?
We have a full professional team able to do anything! However, to save time and cost, we will work from one of our in house templates, over 150 to choose from! Contact us today for a quote and we can run you through what we offer.
